1 Swiss watches and watch movements as defined in the Ordinance of 23 December 1971115 on the Use of the Designation «Swiss» for Watches must display the identification mark of the manufacturer. On watches, the identification mark must be placed on the case or on the dial.
2 The producer identification mark must be clearly visible and permanently affixed. Instead of the producer identification mark, the company name or a trade mark owned by the manufacturer may be affixed.
3 It may only be used for Swiss products.
4 The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH issues the producer identification marks and maintains a corresponding register.
5 The grounds for refusal under Article 3 paragraph 1 TmPA also apply to producer identification marks.
1 Gli orologi svizzeri e i movimenti svizzeri ai sensi dell’ordinanza del 23 dicembre 1971113 concernente l’utilizzazione della designazione «Svizzera» per gli orologi devono essere muniti del contrassegno del produttore. Per gli orologi, il contrassegno deve essere apposto sulla cassa o sul quadrante.
2 Il contrassegno del produttore deve essere apposto in modo indelebile e ben visibile. Può essere sostituito dalla ragione commerciale o dal marchio del produttore.
3 Esso può essere utilizzato unicamente per prodotti svizzeri.
4 La Federazione dell’industria orologiera svizzera attribuisce i contrassegni del produttore e tiene il corrispondente registro.
5 I motivi d’esclusione giusta l’articolo 3 capoverso 1 LPM si applicano parimenti ai contrassegni del produttore.
