Art. 777c IV. Capital contributions

1 On foundation, a cash deposit corresponding to the full issue price must be made for each capital contribution.

2 In addition, the provisions on companies limited by shares apply to:

the specification of contributions in kind, instances of offsetting and the special privileges in the articles of association;

the payment and audit of capital contributions.

1 Il pubblico ufficiale menziona nell’atto costitutivo i singoli documenti giustificativi e attesta che sono stati esibiti a lui e ai promotori.

2 All’atto costitutivo devono essere acclusi:

l’attestazione di deposito dei conferimenti in denaro;
