1 The homeworker is obliged to treat the materials and tools supplied by the employer with all due care, to give account of how they are used and to return tools and unused materials to the employer.
2 Where in the course of his work the homeworker notes defects in the materials or tools supplied, he must inform the employer immediately and await further instructions before continuing work.
3 Where the materials or tools supplied have been damaged through the fault of the homeworker, he is liable to the employer at most for the replacement cost.
1 Il lavoratore adopera con cura il materiale e gli strumenti di lavoro rimessigli dal datore di lavoro, gli rende conto dell’uso fattone e gli restituisce il materiale rimanente, nonché gli strumenti di lavoro.
2 Il lavoratore, se nel corso dell’esecuzione costata difetti nel materiale o negli strumenti ricevuti, ne deve informare subito il datore di lavoro e attendere le istruzioni prima di continuare il lavoro.
3 Il lavoratore che ha colpevolmente deteriorato materiale o strumenti ricevuti è responsabile verso il datore di lavoro al massimo per l’importo delle spese di sostituzione.
