Art. 335h a. Definition and principles

1 A social plan is an agreement in which an employer and employees set out measures to avoid redundancies or to reduce their numbers and mitigate their effects.

2 It must not jeopardise the continued existence of the company.

Art. 335h a. Definizione e principi

1 Il piano sociale è un accordo nel quale il datore di lavoro e i lavoratori convengono le misure atte a evitare o ridurre i licenziamenti, nonché ad attenuarne le conseguenze.

2 Il piano sociale non deve compromettere la sopravvivenza dell’azienda.
