Art. 1096 1. Requirements

A promissory note contains:

1.: the designation ‘promissory note’ in the text of the instrument and in the language in which it is issued;
2.: the unconditional promise to pay a certain sum of money;
3.: the due date;
4.: the place of payment;
5.: the name of the person to whom or to whose order payment is to be made;
7.: the date on which and place at which the note is made;
8.: the maker’s signature.

Art. 1095 f. Ammortamento

La legge del Paese dov’è pagabile la cambiale o il vaglia cambiario stabilisce le misure da prendere in caso di perdita o di furto del titolo.
