Art. 38 Fees for certification

1 A fixed fee determined by the DDPS is charged for the certification of extracts in addition to the fees for the provision of data.

2 For certification that is not provided at the same time as the supply of data, the fee will be calculated according to the time expended.

Art. 38 Emolumenti per l’autenticazione

1 Per l’autenticazione di estratti, oltre agli emolumenti per l’acquisizione dei dati è riscosso un emolumento unitario. Il DDPS stabilisce tale emolumento.

2 L’emolumento per un’autenticazione che non ha luogo contemporaneamente al rilascio dei dati è calcolato in funzione del tempo impiegato.
