Art. 1a Relationship to general geoinformation law

Official cadastral surveying is governed by the Geoinformation Ordinance of 21 May 20087 (GeoIO), unless there are special provisions in this present Ordinance.

Art. 1a Rapporto con il diritto generale in materia di geoinformazione

Per quanto la presente ordinanza non preveda prescrizioni particolari, alla misurazione ufficiale si applica l’ordinanza del 21 maggio 20087 sulla geoinformazione (OGI).
