Art. 13 Procedures

1 In general, boundaries are to be defined in situ.

2 The cantons may specify that boundaries be defined on the basis of plans, aerial photographs or other suitable means:

a.30
in agricultural and forest land in mountainous and summer pasture areas as defined in the agricultural production register31, and in unproductive areas;
b.
in the course of an updating process, subject to the agreement of the landowners concerned.

Art. 13 Procedura

1 Di norma l’accertamento dei confini avviene sul posto.

2 I Cantoni possono disporre che l’accertamento dei confini avvenga in base a piani, riprese fotogrammetriche o altri documenti idonei:

a.30
nelle zone agricole e forestali delle regioni di montagna o di estivazione secondo il catasto della produzione agricola31 nonché in quelle non produttive;
b.
nell’ambito della tenuta a giorno, sempreché i proprietari interessati diano il loro consenso.
