Art. 68 Coordination with the Swiss Citizenship Act of 20 June 2014

On the commencement of this Act, or of the Swiss Citizenship Act of 20 June 201420, whichever is later, or on the simultaneous commencement of both, Article 54 paragraph 2 of this Act is worded as follows:

Art. 68 Coordinamento con la legge del 20 giugno 2014 sulla cittadinanza

Indipendentemente dal fatto che entri prima in vigore la legge del 20 giugno 201420 sulla cittadinanza o la presente legge, all’atto della seconda di queste entrate in vigore o in caso di entrata in vigore simultanea delle due leggi l’articolo 54 capoverso 2 della presente legge riceve il seguente tenore:
