Art. 25a

1 Any person who has an interest that is worthy of protection may request from the authority that is responsible for acts that are based on federal public law and which affect rights or obligations that it:

a.
refrains from, discontinues or revokes unlawful acts;
b.
rectifies the consequences of unlawful acts;
c.
confirms the illegality of such acts.

2 The authority shall decide by way of a ruling.

Art. 25a

1 Chiunque ha un interesse degno di protezione può esigere che l’autorità competente per atti materiali che si fondano sul diritto pubblico federale e che tangono diritti od obblighi:

a.
ometta, cessi o revochi atti materiali illeciti;
b.
elimini le conseguenze di atti materiali illeciti;
c.
accerti l’illiceità di atti materiali.

2 L’autorità pronuncia mediante decisione formale.
