1 The parties have the right to attend the examination of witnesses and to ask supplementary questions.
2 To safeguard essential public or private interests, the witnesses may be examined in the absence of the parties, who may also be refused the right to inspect the transcript of the examination.
3 If they are refused the right to inspect the transcript of the examination, Article 28 applies.
1 Le parti hanno il diritto d’assistere all’audizione dei testimoni e di porre domande completive.
2 Per tutelare importanti interessi pubblici o privati, l’audizione dei testimoni può avvenire in assenza delle parti, e a queste può essere negato l’esame dei processi verbali d’interrogatorio.
3 Ove sia negato alle parti l’esame dei processi verbali d’interrogatorio, è applicabile l’articolo 28.
