Art. 7 Management

1 The Executive Board shall be responsible for the management of the IPI unless the Institute Council is expressly responsible under Article 4 or Article 8 paragraph 3.

2 It shall prepare the annual report, the financial statements and the budget every year.

Art. 7 Gestione

1 La direzione è responsabile della gestione dell’IPI sempre che, conformemente agli articoli 4 o 8 capoverso 3, ciò non sia espressamente di competenza del Consiglio d’Istituto.

2 Essa allestisce ogni anno il rapporto di gestione, il conto d’esercizio e il preventivo.
