Art. 9 Implementation and administration of the law

1 The Federal Council ensures that the legislation and other decisions of the Federal Assembly are implemented.

2 It shall ensure the administration of administrative justice in as far as it is required to do so by legislation.

Art. 9 Esecuzione e giurisdizione

1 Il Consiglio federale provvede all’esecuzione degli atti normativi e delle altre decisioni dell’Assemblea federale.

2 Esercita la giurisdizione amministrativa attribuitagli dalla legge.
