Art. 54 Information Conference

1 The Information Conference comprises the Federal Council Spokesperson and the persons responsible for information in the departments. A representative from the Parliamentary Services may with take part in an advisory role.57

2 The Information Conference deals with current information problems in the departments and Federal Council; it coordinates and plans information.58

3 The Federal Council Spokesperson holds the chair.59

Art. 54 Conferenza dei responsabili dell’informazione

1 La Conferenza dei responsabili dell’informazione riunisce il portavoce del Consiglio federale e i responsabili dell’informazione di ciascun dipartimento. Un rappresentante dei servizi del Parlamento può partecipare con voto consultivo.57

2 La Conferenza tratta i problemi correnti dei Dipartimenti e del Consiglio federale in materia d’informazione; coordina e pianifica l’informazione.58

3 È presieduta dal portavoce del Consiglio federale.59
