Art. 12a Duty to provide information

1 The members of the Federal Council and the Federal Chancellor inform the Federal Council regularly about their business and in particular about related risks and possible challenges.

2 The Federal Council may request specific information from its members and from the Federal Chancellor.

Art. 12a Obbligo d’informare

1 I membri del Consiglio federale e il cancelliere della Confederazione informano regolarmente il Consiglio federale sui loro affari e in particolare sui rischi e gli eventuali problemi connessi.

2 Il Consiglio federale può esigere che i suoi membri e il cancelliere della Confederazione gli forniscano determinate informazioni.
