Art. 36 Minutes

1 The Clerk to the Council shall take the minutes of each sitting in the language of the President. The minutes shall state:

a.
the items of business that have been discussed and deferred;
b.39
...
c.
the proposals made;
d.
the result of the votes and elections;
e.40
the members of the Council who have been excused; if a member of the Council is excused by virtue of Article 57 paragraph 4 letter e, this reason must be stated;
f.
the notices given by the President.

2 The President shall approve the minutes.

Art. 36 Processo verbale

1 Per ogni seduta, il segretario della Camera redige un verbale nella lingua del presidente. Il verbale menziona:

a.
gli oggetti in deliberazione trattati o ritirati;
b.39
...
c.
le proposte;
d.
il risultato di votazioni ed elezioni;
e.40
i nomi dei deputati assenti; se un deputato è scusato ai sensi dell’articolo 57 capoverso 4 lettera e, lo si indica espressamente;
f.
le comunicazioni del presidente.

2 Il verbale va sottoposto per approvazione al presidente.
