Art. 15 Allocation of seats

1 The following seats are allocated among the parliamentary groups, in analogous application of Articles 40 and 41 of the Federal Act of 17 December 19768 on Political Rights:

a.9
the total number of seats on the standing committees under Article 10 numbers 1–11;
abis.10
the seats on further individual committees;
b.
the seats accorded to the National Council on a committee of the United Federal Assembly or on a joint committee of both Councils;
c.
the offices of president of the standing committees.

3 In principle, a member of the Council may not sit on more than two of the committees listed under Article 10.12

Art. 15 Ripartizione dei seggi

1 I seggi seguenti sono ripartiti fra i gruppi parlamentari in applicazione analogica degli articoli 40 e 41 della legge federale del 17 dicembre 19768 sui diritti politici:

a.9
numero complessivo dei seggi nelle commissioni permanenti di cui all’articolo 10 numeri 1–11;
abis.10
seggi in singole altre commissioni;
b.
seggi spettanti al Consiglio nazionale in una commissione dell’Assemblea federale plenaria o in una commissione congiunta delle due Camere;
c.
seggi dei presidenti delle commissioni permanenti.

3 Di norma, un deputato non può appartenere contemporaneamente a più di due commissioni di cui all’articolo 10.12
