Art. 112

1 The procedure of the federal authorities is governed by the general provisions of the administration of federal justice.

2 The provisions on time limits do not apply to the procedures in accordance with Articles 65 and 76 paragraph 1 letter b number 5.

Art. 112

1 La procedura delle autorità federali è retta dalle disposizioni generali sull’organizzazione giudiziaria federale.

2 Le disposizioni relative alla sospensione dei termini non si applicano alle procedure previste negli articoli 65 e 76 capoverso 1 lettera b numero 5.

441 Abrogata dal n. I 1 dell’O dell’AF del 20 dic. 2006 che adegua taluni atti normativi alle disposizioni della L sul Tribunale federale e della L sul Tribunale amministrativo federale, con effetto dal 1° gen. 2008 (RU 2006 5599; FF 2006 7109).
