(Art. 80 FinSA)
1 The ombudsman's office or an industry organisation designated by it shall levy from the financial service providers affiliated to it fees to cover all costs incurred by it in the execution of its statutory task.
2 The fees may be levied in the form of a fixed basic fee plus supplementary case-by-case fees in accordance with the ombudsman's office's schedule of fees and costs.

1 L’organe de médiation, ou une organisation de branche qu’il a désignée à cet effet, perçoit auprès des prestataires de services financiers qui lui sont affiliés les contributions nécessaires pour couvrir la totalité des frais qui lui sont occasionnés par l’exécution de son mandat légal.
2 Les contributions peuvent être perçues conformément au barème des contributions et des frais de l’organe de médiation, sous la forme notamment d’une contribution de base fixe et d’une contribution supplémentaire dépendante du dossier.
