1 A written agreement may be made with the manufacturer whereby the latter may have the hallmark affixed at its place of business with its own infrastructure by itself or its own staff.
2 The hallmarking shall be carried out under the supervision of the Assay Office.
3 The Central Office shall issue directives on the general conditions for agreements.115
