1 The EAER may allow exceptions to the principle of total organic production and total organic conversion for beekeeping.
2 It may lay down further provisions regarding the feeding of bees, the siting of apiaries, animal health, the origin of the bees, identification and inspection, extraction, processing and storage of beekeeping products.
3 It may require that products produced in certain areas or regions may not be marketed with the reference to organic farming.

1 Le DEFR peut accorder, pour l’apiculture, des dérogations au principe de globalité et de reconversion d’ensemble.
2 Il peut édicter des dispositions supplémentaires relatives à l’alimentation des abeilles, à l’emplacement des ruchers, à la santé des animaux, à l’origine des abeilles, à l’identification et au contrôle, à l’extraction, à la transformation et au stockage des produits apicoles.
3 Il peut décider, pour certaines zones ou régions, que les produits qui en proviennent ne peuvent être commercialisés sous une désignation se référant à l’agriculture biologique.
