Art. 146a Genetically modified livestock

The Federal Council may issue regulations concerning the breeding, importing or circulation of genetically modified livestock.

Art. 146a Animaux de rente génétiquement modifiés

Le Conseil fédéral peut édicter des dispositions sur l’élevage, l’importation et la mise en circulation d’animaux de rente génétiquement modifiés.
