1 The requesting person may choose to have the COVID-19 certificate issued in hard copy or electronic format.
2 The COVID-19 certificates bear a regulated electronic seal of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) as the means of verification of the authenticity and integrity of the information.
3 Both forms of certificate display the content as a human-readable text and two-dimensional machine-readable code (barcode). However, the barcode and the data stored in it in sealed electronic format are also considered to be a certificate.
4 Certificates are issued in an official language of the Confederation as chosen by the requesting person and in English.
5 They contain a unique certificate identifier.
1 Les certificats COVID-19 sont établis sous forme papier ou sous forme électronique, en fonction du choix du demandeur.
2 Ils sont vérifiables quant à l’authenticité et à l’intégrité des informations au moyen d’un cachet électronique réglé de l’Office fédéral de la santé publique (OFSP).
3 Les deux formes du certificat représentent le contenu à la fois sous forme de texte lisible par l’homme et sous forme de code bidimensionnel lisible par une machine (code-barres). Le code-barres muni des données qui y sont enregistrées sous forme électronique et scellée est également valable en tant que certificat.
4 Les certificats sont établis dans une langue officielle de la Confédération en fonction du choix du demandeur et en anglais.
5 Ils contiennent un identifiant unique du certificat.
