817.064 Ordonnance du DFI du 10 décembre 2007 concernant les mises en garde combinées sur les produits du tabac
Art. 2 Combined warning
1 A combined warning consists of:
- a.
- an additional warning in accordance with Article 12 paragraph 3 OTab;
- b.
- a colour photograph or other image, in particular in the form of a white text;
- c.
- a visual reference to tobacco prevention (the “quitline” notice).
2 Only the combined warnings listed in Annex 1 may be used.
Art. 2 Mise en garde combinée
1 Une mise en garde combinée se compose:
- a.
- d’une mise en garde complémentaire selon l’art. 12, al. 3, OTab;
- b.
- d’une photographie en couleurs ou d’une autre illustration; celle-ci peut également se présenter sous la forme d’un texte en blanc;
- c.
- d’une indication visuelle relative à la prévention contre le tabagisme (avertissement «stop-tabac»).
2 Seules les mises en gardes combinées visées à l’annexe 1 peuvent être utilisées.
