Art. 17 Licensing requirement

Any person who intends to release the following organisms for experimental purposes shall require a licence from the FOEN:

a.
genetically modified organisms;
b.
pathogenic organisms;
c.
alien small invertebrates that are intended for use in the environment and not as pets.

Art. 17 Régime de l’autorisation

Quiconque entend disséminer à titre expérimental les organismes suivants doit obtenir une autorisation de l’OFEV:

a.
organismes génétiquement modifiés;
b.
organismes pathogènes;
c.
petits invertébrés exotiques qui sont destinés à une utilisation directe dans l’environnement et non à une utilisation comme animaux de compagnie.
