Art. 35a Administrative measures

The following administrative measures may be taken in respect of infringements of this Act, its implementing provisions or decisions issued on the basis thereof:

a.
prohibition of activities;
b.
withdrawal of authorisations;
c.
substitute performance against reimbursement of costs;
d.
confiscation;
e.
forfeiture and destruction;
f.
a charge of up to CHF 10,000 or the value of the gross receipts from products put unlawfully into circulation.

Art. 35a Mesures administratives

Toute violation de la présente loi, de ses dispositions d’exécution ou des décisions qui en découlent peut donner lieu aux mesures administratives suivantes:

a.
l’interdiction d’activités;
b.
le retrait d’autorisations;
c.
l’exécution par substitution aux frais du contrevenant;
d.
le séquestre;
e.
la confiscation et la destruction;
f.
l’astreinte à payer une somme pouvant aller jusqu’à 10 000 francs ou jusqu’au montant de la recette brute des produits mis illégalement en circulation.
