Art. 8a Identification number

1 Within 15 days of receiving an export notification in terms of Article 3, the FOEN shall in each case issue an identification number valid for specific calendar year:

a.
for each chemical under Annex 1, provided the notification contains the required information;
b.
for each chemical under Annex 2, provided the export restrictions are likely to be met.

2 The FOEN shall inform the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS)27 of the export notifications under Article 3 and of the identification numbers issued under paragraph 1.

Art. 8a Numéro d’identification

1 L’OFEV attribue un numéro d’identification, valable durant une année civile, dans les 15 jours qui suivent la réception de l’annonce d’exportation visée à l’art. 3:

a.
à chaque produit chimique selon l’annexe 1, à condition que l’annonce comprenne les informations requises;
b.
à chaque produit chimique selon l’annexe 2, à condition que l’on puisse présumer le respect des restrictions d’exportation.

2 L’OFEV informe l’Office fédéral de la douane et de la sécurité des frontières (OFDF)27 des annonces d’exportation visées à l’art. 3 et des numéros d’identification attribués conformément à l’al. 1.
