Art. 8 Responsibilities of the examining bodies

1 The examining bodies shall conduct examinations and issue the certificates of competence.

2 They shall notify the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) of the certificates of competence issued, including the following details of the recipient:

a.
name and first name;
b.
date of birth;
c.
treatments the recipient is permitted to carry out in accordance with Annex 2 Number 1.

Art. 8 Tâches des organismes responsables de l’examen

1 Les organismes responsables de l’examen mettent en œuvre les examens et établissent les attestations de compétences.

2 Ils déclarent les attestations de compétences à l’Office fédéral de la santé publique (OFSP) avec le contenu suivant:

a.
nom et prénom;
b.
date de naissance;
c.
traitements autorisés selon l’annexe 2, ch.1.
