Art. 7 Responsibilities of the administrative body for certificates of competence

1 The administrative body for certificates of competence shall be made up of the professional associations with medical and cosmetic orientation.

2 It draws up the training programme, the examination content and the examination regulations for the certificates of competence. The training programme must provide the know-how and skills as specified in Annex 2 Number 3, and which reflect the state of the art in science and technology. The examinations must certify the acquisition of these skills and know-how.

Art. 7 Tâches du comité responsable des attestations de compétences

1 Le comité responsable de l’attestation de compétences se compose des associations professionnelles concernées à orientation médicale et cosmétique.

2 Il élabore les plans de formation, les contenus d’examen et les règlements d’examen pour l’octroi des attestations de compétences. Le plan de formation doit prévoir la transmission des connaissances et capacités visées à l’annexe 2, ch. 3, et répondre à l’état des connaissances et de la technique. Les examens doivent prouver l’acquisition de ces connaissances et capacités.
