Art. 1 Definition

For the purposes of this Section, solariums means systems, devices and lamps which expose the skin to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Art. 1 Définition

Sont considérés comme solariums au sens de la présente section les installations, appareils et lampes qui agissent sur la peau au moyen d’un rayonnement ultraviolet (UV).
