Art. 13 Transitional provisions

1 The report in terms of Article 5 paragraph 1 must be submitted for the first reporting year by 1 July 2008.

2 If the owners or operators of facilities with installations in accordance with Annex 1 report data that relates to the period before the commencement of this Ordinance, this data will be processed in accordance with Article 9.

Art. 13 Dispositions transitoires

1 La notification prévue à l’art. 5, al. 1, doit être effectuée au plus tard le 1er juillet 2008 pour le premier exercice.

2 Si les détenteurs d’établissements exploitant des installations visées à l’annexe 1 transmettent des données portant sur une période antérieure à l’entrée en vigueur de la présente ordonnance, ces informations sont traitées conformément à l’art. 9.
