Art. 30 Principles

1 The production of waste should be avoided wherever possible.

2 Waste must be recovered wherever possible.

3 Waste must be disposed of in an environmentally compatible way and, insofar as this is possible and reasonable, within Switzerland.

2 Les déchets doivent être valorisés dans la mesure du possible.

3 Les déchets doivent être éliminés d’une manière respectueuse de l’environnement et, pour autant que ce soit possible et approprié, sur le territoire national.
