Art. 36 Notification requirements

1 The project leader shall notify the ethics committee of a change of project leader in advance.

2 The project leader shall notify the ethics committee of the completion or discontinuation of the research project within 90 days.

Art. 36 Obligations d’annoncer

1 La direction du projet annonce au préalable à la commission d’éthique un changement de direction du projet.

2 Elle annonce la fin ou l’arrêt du projet de recherche à la commission d’éthique dans les 90 jours.
