Art. 7

1 A home with a restriction on use in accordance with Article 7 paragraph 1 letter b of the Act may also be used as a home in accordance with Article 7 paragraph 1 letter a.

2 The owner of the home must report the change in use to the building authority within 30 days of occupying the home.

Art. 7

1 Un logement soumis à une restriction d’utilisation selon l’art. 7, al. 1, let. b, LRS peut aussi être utilisé en tant que logement selon l’art. 7, al. 1, let. a, LRS.

2 Le propriétaire du logement doit annoncer le changement d’utilisation à l’autorité compétente pour les autorisations de construire dans un délai de 30 jours dès l’emménagement dans le logement.
