1 The licence fees are as follows:
2 The fees in terms of paragraph 1 letters a, b, d and f may, if exceptional costs are incurred in the granting of a licence, be increased by a maximum of one half of the stipulated fee.61
3 If import or export licences are not or are only partially used, or if the licensed goods are returned, application may be made for the excess fee to be refunded, under deduction of the administrative costs. The application must be made at the latest three years following issue of the licence.
4 No fees are charged for import and export licences for war materiel that is intended for the Swiss Armed Forces, the FOCBS, for Swiss and Liechtenstein police forces or for international organisations or their offices in Switzerland.62

1 Les licences générales d’importation et les licences générales de transit peuvent être révoquées si des circonstances extraordinaires l’exigent. Elles sont révoquées si, après leur octroi, les conditions ont changé de telle manière que les conditions d’un refus aux termes de l’art. 9e, al. 4, sont remplies.
2 Quiconque ne respecte pas les conditions et les charges assortissant les autorisations et les certificats d’importation, ni les prescriptions ou dispositions édictées en vertu de la législation sur le matériel de guerre, peut se voir retirer par l’autorité habilitée à les délivrer les autorisations qui lui ont été accordées, ou refuser leur prolongation ou leur renouvellement, ou refuser pour un certain temps l’octroi d’autres autorisations ou certificats d’importation.
