Art. 22 Reporting procedure for genetically modified fish lines that have a clinical pathological phenotype

(Art. 126 and 145 para. 1 let. a AWO)

The report of a genetically modified fish line that has a clinical pathological phenotype comprises the information defined in Article 126 paragraph 2 AWO including the weighing of strain against benefits as specified in Article 18 paragraph 2 letter d of this Ordinance.

Art. 22 Procédure de notification des lignées de poissons génétiquement modifiées présentant un phénotype invalidant

(art. 126 et 145, al. 1, let. a, OPAn)

La notification d’une lignée de poissons génétiquement modifiées présentant un phénotype invalidant doit comporter les informations visées à l’art. 126, al. 2, OPAn, y compris la pesée des intérêts visée à l’art. 18, al. 2, let. d de la présente ordonnance.
