Art. 57 Confirmation of continuing education

Confirmation of participation in continuing education must contain at least the following information:

a.
the organiser;
b.
the title and duration of the continuing education, with the place in which it was carried out and the date;
c.
the name of the participant.

Art. 57 Attestation d’une formation continue

L’attestation de participation à une formation continue doit contenir au moins les informations suivantes:

a.
le nom de l’organisateur;
b.
la dénomination, la durée, le lieu et la date de la formation continue;
c.
le nom du participant.
