441.1 Loi fédérale du 5 octobre 2007 sur les langues nationales et la compréhension entre les communautés linguistiques (Loi sur les langues, LLC)
Art. 2 Aim
By means of this Act, the Confederation intends:
- a.
- to strengthen quadrilingualism as one of Switzerland's fundamental characteristics;
- b.
- to consolidate the internal cohesion of the country;
- c.
- to encourage individual and institutional plurilingualism in the national languages;
- d.
- to preserve and promote Romansh and Italian as national languages.
Art. 2 But
Par la présente loi, la Confédération vise:
- a.
- à renforcer le quadrilinguisme qui caractérise la Suisse;
- b.
- à consolider la cohésion nationale;
- c.
- à encourager le plurilinguisme individuel et institutionnel dans la pratique des langues nationales;
- d.
- à sauvegarder et à promouvoir le romanche et l’italien en tant que langues nationales.
