Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on the Articles 27sexies, 31quinquies paragraph 5 and 85 number 1
of the Federal Constitution1,
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 30 October 19912,

decrees:

1 [BS 1 3; AS 1973 1051, 1978 484]. The provisions mentioned are now Art. 64, 65, 100 and 164 para. 1 let. g of the Federal Constitution of 18 April 1999 (SR 101).

Préambule

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,

vu les art. 27sexies, 31quinquies, al. 5, et 85, ch. 1, de la constitution1,
vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 30 octobre 19912,

arrête:

1 [RS 1 3; RO 1973 1051]. Aux disp. mentionnées correspondent actuellement les art. 64, 65, 100 et 164 al. 1 let. g de la Cst. du 18 avril 1999 (RS 101).
