Art. 376 4. Probation assistance

1 The cantons organise the system of probation assistance. They may delegate this duty to private organisations.

2 Probation assistance is normally the responsibility of the canton in which the probationer is resident.

1 Les cantons organisent l’assistance de probation. Ils peuvent confier cette tâche à des associations privées.

2 L’assistance de probation incombe en règle générale au canton dans lequel la personne prise en charge a son domicile.
