Art. 335j c. Preparation by an arbitral tribunal

1 If the parties are unable to agree on a social plan, an arbitral tribunal is appointed.

2 The arbitral tribunal issues the social plan in a binding arbitral award auf.

Art. 335j c. Plan social établi par sentence arbitrale

1 Si les parties ne parviennent pas à s’accorder sur un plan social, il y a lieu de saisir un tribunal arbitral.

2 Le tribunal arbitral arrête un plan social obligatoire.
