Art. 329f 4. Maternity leave

1 After having given birth, a female employee is entitled to maternity leave of at least 14 weeks.

2 In the event of the hospitalisation of the new-born child, the maternity leave shall be extended by the extended period of payment of the maternity allowance.137

Art. 329f 4. Congé de maternité

1 En cas de maternité, la travailleuse a droit, après l’accouchement, à un congé d’au moins 14 semaines.

2 En cas d’hospitalisation du nouveau-né, le congé est prolongé d’une durée équivalente à la prolongation de la durée du versement de l’allocation de maternité.141
