192.12 Loi fédérale du 22 juin 2007 sur les privilèges, les immunités et les facilités, ainsi que sur les aides financières accordés par la Suisse en tant qu'État hôte (Loi sur l'État hôte, LEH)
Art. 9 International conferences
An international conference may be accorded privileges, immunities and facilities if:
- a.
- it is convened under the aegis of an intergovernmental organisation, an international institution, a quasi-governmental international organisation, a secretariat or any other body established by an international treaty, under the aegis of Switzerland or at the initiative of a group of States; and
- b.
- a majority of participants represent States, intergovernmental organisations, international institutions, quasi-governmental international organisations, secretariats or other bodies established by international treaty.
Art. 9 Conférences internationales
Une conférence internationale peut bénéficier de privilèges, d’immunités et de facilités aux conditions suivantes:
- a.
- elle est réunie sous l’égide d’une organisation intergouvernementale, d’une institution internationale, d’une organisation internationale quasi gouvernementale, d’un secrétariat ou d’un autre organe créé par un traité international, sous l’égide de la Suisse, ou à l’initiative d’un groupe d’États;
- b.
- les participants sont en majorité des représentants d’États, d’organisations intergouvernementales, d’institutions internationales, d’organisations internationales quasi gouvernementales ou de secrétariats ou d’autres organes créés par un traité international.
