Art. 57a Purpose

1 Extra-parliamentary commissions advise on a permanent basis the Federal Council and the Federal Administration on accomplishing their tasks.

2 They make decisions insofar as they are authorised to by a federal act.

Art. 57a But

1 Les commissions extraparlementaires conseillent en permanence le Conseil fédéral et l’administration fédérale dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches.

2 Elles prennent des décisions dans la mesure où une loi fédérale les y autorise.
