Art. 15 Consultation applications in general

(Arts. 9, 11, 12 and 13 ArchA)

1 Consultation of the archive records may be applied for verbally or in writing.

2 Consultation applications during the retention period must be justified in writing.

3 Applications to consult documents still covered by the retention period must prove, where applicable, that they were already in the public domain, unless public access is subject to statutory control.

Art. 15 Demandes de consultation; généralités

(art. 9, 11, 12 et 13 LAr)

1 La consultation peut être demandée oralement ou par écrit.

2 Les demandes de consultation pendant le délai de protection doivent être motivées par écrit.

3 Les demandes de consultation des documents encore soumis au délai de protection doivent prouver, le cas échéant, que les documents avaient été accessibles au public, pour autant que l’accès public ne soit pas réglé par une loi.
