1 On expiry of the applicability of the Federal Decree of 9 October 199210 on the Consultation of the Files of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, the provisions of this Act apply to its field of application.
2 Documents within the meaning of the Federal Decree may not be consulted by the federal administration for 50 years from the date of the most recent documents of a case or file.

1 La présente loi remplace l’arrêté fédéral du 9 octobre 1992 sur la consultation des documents du Ministère public de la Confédération10, après expiration de ce dernier.
2 Les documents au sens de l’arrêté ne peuvent plus être consultés par l’administration pendant 50 ans à partir de la date du dernier document d’une affaire ou d’un dossier.
