Art. 33 Liability
Liability for loss or damage in connection with the operation of ORBIS is governed by the Government Liability Act of 14 March 195861, and in particular by its Articles 19a–19c, which apply mutatis mutandis.
Art. 33 Responsabilité
La responsabilité en cas de dommages liés à l’exploitation d’ORBIS est régie par la loi du 14 mars 1958 sur la responsabilité59, notamment par ses art. 19a à 19c, qui s’appliquent par analogie.
