Art. 23 Consultation of other databases

On receipt of a visa application, the visa authorities shall systematically consult the following databases via ORBIS, provided they are entitled to do so:

a.
the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS) in accordance with the ZEMIS Ordinance of 12 April 200646;
b.
RIPOL in accordance with the RIPOL Ordinance of 15 October 200847;
c.
the Schengen Information System (SIS) in accordance with the N-SIS Ordinance of 8 March 201348;
d.49
the Interpol Automated Search Facility database (ASF Interpol) in accordance with the Interpol Ordinance of 21 June 201350;
e.51
the Entry and Exit System in accordance with the Ordinance of 10 November 202152 on the Entry and Exit System.

Art. 23 Consultation d’autres banques de données

Lors du dépôt d’une demande de visa, les autorités compétentes en matière de visas consultent systématiquement via ORBIS, pour autant qu’elles soient autorisées à y accéder, les banques de données suivantes:

a.
le système central d’information sur la migration (SYMIC) prévu par l’ordonnance SYMIC du 12 avril 200644;
b.
le système de recherches informatisées de police (RIPOL) prévu par l’ordonnance RIPOL du 15 octobre 200845;
c.
le Système d’information Schengen (SIS) prévu par l’ordonnance N-SIS du 8 mars 201346;
d.47
la banque de données Automated Search Facility d’Interpol (ASF-Interpol) prévue par l’ordonnance Interpol du 21 juin 201348;
e.49
le système d’entrée et de sortie prévu par l’ordonnance du 10 novembre 202150 sur le système d’entrée et de sortie.
