1 Under the FinMIA, a company is deemed to be any legal entity entered in the commercial register.
2 Also classified as companies are foreign companies engaged in economic activities that are legal entities according to the law applicable to them, as well as trusts and similar constructs.

1 Als Unternehmen gilt im Sinne des FinfraG, wer als Rechtseinheit im Handelsregister eingetragen ist.
2 Als Unternehmen gelten auch wirtschaftlich tätige ausländische Unternehmen, die nach dem auf sie anwendbaren Recht juristische Personen sind, sowie Trusts oder ähnliche Konstruktionen.
