Art. 11 Supervision areas

1 FINMA is divided into supervision areas. The organisational regulations regulate the details.

2 The Federal Council and the Board of Directors ensure the appropriate representation of the various supervision areas on the Board of Directors and the Management Board.

Art. 11 Fachvertretung

1 Die FINMA ist in Fachbereiche aufgeteilt. Das Organisationsreglement regelt die Einzelheiten.

2 Bundesrat und Verwaltungsrat sorgen für eine angemessene Vertretung der verschiedenen Fachbereiche in Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsleitung.
